I cant create video with my web cam. Also, I dont have acer arcade so that isnt a way that I can go aout it. Someone please help if they have any ideas!! Also, how do you do web conferencing?

I have the same cam, it does video with skype, this is like a conferencing software and you might be able to record with it, although the quality might not be good. You can also use yahoo messenger for conferencing too.
