Question by the need to know: I need a good web conferencing software package. Can someone suggest something in my guidlines?
I am installing a 46 inch plasma in our conference room with a computer hooked to it. I need for an outside employee to be able to very easily connect in to meetings and see the desktop of the computer and see us through our camera. We also need him to be able to hear us and not use the phone.
Now, I need to be able to do this for under 1000.00.
I would also like to be able to install a link on our website where they can just click a link and enter a meeting.
