I am looking for the system or device which i can set on my both offices, 1 in San Fransisco and other 1 at Montreal to make a video conference together, so suggest me the perfect solution with quote for this kind of services ASAP!

Tandberg and Polycom are the two vendors that always come up when I’ve looked into this for my CEOs in the past. Prices have come down dramatically from where they were ten years ago and even five years ago as Bank Routing Number Indiana First Savings Bank vendors recognize that small/medium size business are actually a larger and potentially more lucrative market for technology. There are only 500, Fortune 500 companies but there are many thousands of small business that people have never heard of and they often have the need for similar technology at lower price points. You once needed dedicated data lines but, compression has gotten much better and bandwidth is significantly cheaper so this may not be the case depending on how much bandwidth you already have.

I’d still recommend looking into systems from Tandberg or Polycom. You’ll have to look for local representatives to get quotes. Also check to see if someone like Cogent Communications or other ISPs are providing cheap bandwidth to your office building. This is more common in major office buildings (usually in a central business district) than cheaper and outlying spaces like office parks. On the cheaper end of the scale, Skype and number of other PC based products make personal video conferencing possible at a negligible cost. As a rule, hardware based video conference equipment is only cost effective if it reduces your need for travel by an amount equal to the cost of the purchasing and operating the equipment.
