y not its such a simple idea!!! i want to video conference from a cell phone instead of lug around a big laptop to do so! esp for soldiers that are going over seas and will be away from their family for extensive periods of time

A lot of people are complaining about the exact same thing you are talking about. HOWEVER….HP is coming out with something that will be a great help to people and it won’t be that expensive..it is called the Slate and it is like the ipad except that it has a wonderful camera that you can use exactly for what you asking for and has a lot more wonderful options than the ipad. I saw one of them (even they have not been released to the public now) and they are really going to be an asset to a lot of people. They are a lot smaller than a laptop and so much lighter. They are going to do wonders.
