its when you and your friends or family all have web cams and mics and use yahoo or msn to video chat with everyone. you can have your friends log on and join the conference and you can see each other and talk like on the phone but you have video on each other. Its pretty cool, you should try that and application sharing as well. Works pretty good.

In simple words, its Video Chat, u can use ur yahoo messenger or any other like Gtalk etc to have video conferencing, U need A PC Camera , and a Mic for that, U can see the persson at the other end and that person can see u, n u can CHAT
