    The cheapest way I’ve found is to use the Citrix application GoToMeeting. While not video based, I believe they have a “webinar” set of software that will allow video.

    Yearly the price is approx 370 US for gotomeeting. Which is nothing (Well, for a company). Not sure what webinar would be, but it’s probably going to be in the same neighbourhood.

    I like Yahoo Messenger a lot.

    Easy to download, anyone can find it on the ‘net, has voice and video.

    A lot of people are mentioning skype … and I’ve never heard of it, so chances are your clients have not either!
