Yahoo/MSN Webcam chats are very poor quality even with the fastest internet. We are able to watch online movies, which are very lively. I have minimum 300 KB/ps speed. I dont think webchats are using this band width for video. Is there any software that we can use that will show movie quality? [Something like Vedio Conferencing for Business and Interviews]?

MSN & Yahoo video conferencing is very much different from thoses hardwaer based system like LifeSize/Polycom/Tandberg. those web based video conferencing are bridged using their server therefore do not require public static IP address.
Normally for hardware based system are able to acheive a reasonably good quality at a connection speed of 384kbps up/down stream. The video cam use also play an important roles, most of the manufacturer use CCD camera instead of webcam. those CCD camera comes in standard definition and high definition resolution which are more superior in terms of quality.
